Ardent FM can offer integrated Facilities Management services to the client by consolidating the service delivery of all non-core services & core services to fit the customer’s needs. We will use KPIs & SLAs as metrics to ensure contracts are performing correctly.

We will design a scheduled annual preventative maintenance plan by using the latest FM software platform to ensure quick response to any reactive, planned, scheduled or compliance maintenance request that a customer may need. We will share quarterly information to the client & detail trends to ensure the clients assets are prolonged to gain the full life cycle & full value is achieved of the asset.
